Foundation and Pathway Programs

Explore preparation routes that may help you move towards your chosen degree.

Find a route that fits your background

Foundation and pathway programmes can provide academic preparation, language development or subject preparation before degree study. The route available to you depends on your qualifications, the destination and the institution.

What we help you consider

Your previous education and intended degree subject.
The programme’s teaching language and entry requirements.
Duration, tuition and the full cost of the preparation stage.
The progression conditions for the degree you want to enter.
Application documents and the institution’s current deadlines.

Prepare for the first conversation

Bring your academic records, any language results and a short description of your study goals. We can discuss which preparation questions to check with the institution.

Progression to a degree depends on the institution’s conditions and your results. Check the written progression terms before choosing a pathway.
