Who handles your information

Gateway Global Academy (GGA), at 61 Rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris, France, handles the information submitted through gatewayglobalacademy.com. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email bennett@gatewayglobalacademy.com.

What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your name, email address, chosen pathway and message. Your telephone or WhatsApp number is optional. The booking form also collects your preferred date, an optional alternative date, preferred time, time zone and consultation format. We use these details to answer your enquiry or arrange the consultation you request. Fields marked * are required; the form cannot be submitted without them and the consent checkbox.

Form processing is based on the consent you give when you submit the form. You can withdraw this consent by emailing us; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing. We also process technical submission and server information, such as an IP address, browser information and submission time, where needed for our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website against abuse.

Who receives your information

Submissions are sent to the GGA business email inbox and stored in the private WordPress administration using Contact Form 7 and Flamingo. Access is restricted to people administering the site and handling enquiries for GGA. Our hosting and email service provider, InMotion Hosting, processes information needed to provide those services. An initial enquiry does not authorise us to send your application documents to an education provider or placement organisation; any such next step will be explained separately.

Hosting and international services

The website is hosted by InMotion Hosting, Inc., a US-based provider. Hosting, email and support may involve processing outside the European Economic Area. InMotion publishes a privacy policy and Data Processing Addendum covering its services and international transfers. Contact GGA for information about the arrangements applicable to your enquiry.

How long information is kept

Enquiry and booking records are kept for the period needed to handle your request and the related follow-up. When that purpose ends, information should be deleted or anonymised unless it is still needed to meet a legal obligation or deal with a dispute. The relevant criteria are whether the enquiry remains active, whether it leads to an agreed service, and whether a legal record-keeping requirement applies. You may ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also withdraw consent. Send your request to bennett@gatewayglobalacademy.com. If you believe your data-protection rights have not been respected, you can complain to the French authority, CNIL, or your competent supervisory authority.

Cookies and external links

WordPress uses cookies for administration and sign-in functions. Your browser settings allow you to manage cookies, although blocking them may affect those functions. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp links take you to external services governed by their own privacy terms. Linking to an account does not itself subscribe you to that service or to GGA marketing.

Children and sensitive documents

For youth programmes, a parent or guardian should make the initial enquiry. Please do not upload or send passport copies, payment details, health information or other sensitive documents through these initial contact forms. If documents are needed later, we will explain the appropriate process separately.
